The Rogues

The Pioneer Play festival is produced and managed by Sydney-based theatre company Company of Rogues

Our Mission

We believe that arts events have the potential to inspire, engage and enhance the creative capacity of artists and our communities.  This festival was created to establish a new centre of theatre-making excellence in Sydney's Hill District.

Events like the Pioneer Play Festival have the power to bring together communities, inspire future artists, and contribute to Australia’s vibrant arts ecology. For us Rogues, this festival is a great new opportunity to create something unique for The Hills.
